Desert Valley Charitable Foundation celebrated its one year Anniversary with the unveiling of a sculpture created by Hungarian born artist, Marton Varo. The mission of Desert Valley Charitable Foundation is that, together, helping hands can assist the people of the High Desert to become better health informed and to accept a more responsible role in their own health care. The artists creation of clasping hands is a symbol to the community of their commitment to this cause.
The first of its kind in the Victor Valley with its own permanent facility, The Desert Valley Charitable Foundation provides a Health Education Resource to the resident of our medical literary. A Scholarship program offers aide to further the education of deserving students pursuing a career in the Health field. Also, the foundation provides classroom space free of charge to non-profit groups within the community.
